Empower Network

Build your business in community, with people who get it.

Building a business takes courage. But it doesn't have to mean figuring everything out on your own. Empower Network (eNetwork) is a nine-month facilitated business development community for entrepreneurs and business leaders who want to build meaningful relationships, strengthen their confidence, and grow alongside people who genuinely want to see them succeed.

Imagine having a room full of people who know your business, and have your back.

There are plenty of people in your life who care about you. But sometimes, you need people who understand your journey. People who understand what it's like to wonder where the next opportunity will come from. To second-guess how you're talking about your business. To celebrate a new client one week and wrestle with a difficult decision the next.

People you don't have to explain the entrepreneurial roller coaster to, because they're building something, too. That's what eNetwork is designed to create.

And somewhere along the way, a group you joined becomes a community you can count on.

The Experience

More than connections. Relationships that grow with you.

People Who Truly Know What You Do

Over nine months, members get to know your expertise, your ideal customers, your goals, and what you're working to build.

A Place To Talk About The Real Stuff

Bring the question you're wrestling with, the idea you can't quite figure out, or the win you're dying to share.

More Confidence Talking About Your Business

You'll have a supportive place to refine your brand message, receive feedback, and become more confident representing your business.

Learning From Subject Matter Experts

Every month, an expert joins eNetwork to lead a workshop on a topic that can help members in their business and entrepreneurial journey.

Relationships That Create Possibility

Members become better equipped to recognize meaningful ways to help, whether it's a referral, introduction, resource, or collaboration.

A Reason To Keep Moving Forward

Monthly connection, conversation, and accountability give you a consistent reason to keep investing in where your business is going.

Lynn Rybak

Business Counselor, Women's Business Center at Canisius University Facilitator, eNetwork

If there's someone in Western New York you should know, there's a good chance Lynn Rybak knows them, or knows someone who does.

Lynn has spent more than a decade helping entrepreneurs find clarity, navigate their next move, strengthen how they communicate their value, and connect with the people and resources that can help move their businesses forward.

A longtime business development professional and recipient of the WNY Outstanding Education Coordinator Award from BNI Circle of Excellence, Lynn has built a reputation as one of those rare connectors who remembers who you are, what you do, and who you need to meet.

As facilitator of eNetwork, she brings that relationship-building expertise into the room, helping members move beyond simply networking to become more intentional about building the relationships, referrals, strategic connections, and opportunities that grow businesses.

Is This For You?

You might have just found your people.

eNetwork could be for you if:

  • You want more people in your professional life who understand what it's actually like to build a business
  • You're ready to build genuine professional relationships in the local business community
  • You want to become more confident talking about your business and its value
  • You'd value a trusted place to talk through challenges, ideas, goals, and opportunities
  • You believe strong business communities are built through generosity, trust, and mutual support

It may not be the right fit if:

  • You're primarily looking for immediate access to prospective customers
  • You're looking for guaranteed leads, customers, referrals, or revenue
  • You aren't able to consistently participate in the group
  • You're looking specifically for technical instruction or an intensive startup curriculum
  • You're primarily interested in promoting your own business rather than building reciprocal relationships

This is a community where relationships have the time to deepen, and where people become invested in one another's progress.
